B&J Modular Knock-Down Cabinets Support Flexible Power Distribution Projects

As industrial power distribution projects become more complex, customers increasingly require enclosure systems that offer modular scalability, flexible configurations and efficient transportation. In response to this trend, B&J Electrical provides modular knock-down cabinets designed for power distribution, automation and industrial control applications.
The cabinet features a knock-down structure that reduces transportation volume and makes on-site handling and assembly more convenient. Available in heights from 1600 mm to 2200 mm, the system can be used as a standalone cabinet or connected with multiple cabinets to meet different project layouts and future expansion requirements.
B&J focuses primarily on the manufacture of empty electrical cabinets. Customization options include cabinet dimensions, sheet-metal thickness, powder-coating colors, cable-entry openings, mounting plates, removable plinths, lifting eyes and three-point locking systems. According to customer drawings, we can also provide precision cutouts and basic installation of mounting plates or DIN rails when required.
Our production process includes laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, powder coating and structural inspection. Protective packaging with moisture-resistant film, corner protection, pallets or wooden cases is available for international shipments.
With 25 years of sheet- inclusio metallica manufacturing experience, B&J supplies reliable OEM and ODM cabinet solutions for panel builders, system integrators and industrial electrical projects worldwide.
