B&J Highlights UV-Resistant Hinged Plastic Distribution Boxes for Outdoor Applications

Product information presented at Light + Building 2026 highlights UV resistance, weather protection and easier installation in electrical enclosures. These features offer useful guidance for buyers selecting boxes for outdoor and industrial projects.

Reflecting these priorities, Zhejiang B&J Electrical Co., Ltd. highlights its hinged plastic distribution boxes, combining UV resistance and high-temperature resistance with convenient access and flexible mounting options.

The hinged cover stays attached to the enclosure when opened, making wiring, inspection and routine maintenance more convenient. This design is particularly useful for installations that require repeated access to internal components. Gray and transparent cover options allow customers to choose according to their application and visibility requirements.

Installation flexibility is another key feature. B&J’s hinged plastic boxes support wall mounting and pole mounting using suitable brackets and clamp kits. These options help installers position enclosures where they are needed, whether on a building wall or alongside outdoor equipment. Selecting the appropriate mounting accessories also helps adapt the box to the site layout.

UV resistance and high-temperature resistance are important considerations where enclosures face sunlight and elevated ambient temperatures. Buyers can discuss the operating environment with B&J to select a suitable material and model.

B&J also offers customization of dimensions, cable-entry openings and internal layouts, subject to product and order requirements. With approximately 25 years of manufacturing experience, the company supports OEM and ODM projects for distributors, equipment manufacturers and electrical contractors.

Customers are welcome to contact B&J with their required size, quantity and installation method for product recommendations and quotations.
